Meet Stephanie Bagley
After more than 25 years serving as both an executive leader and trusted advisor, I founded SCB after seeing and experiencing a common challenge across industries: leaders were being asked to deliver increasingly complex transformation, technology, and risk management initiatives while balancing day-to-day operations and limited internal resources. I believed when I launched more than 10 years ago, and still believe, they need more than recommendations—they need a trusted partner who could help them navigate complexity, reduce risk, and successfully execute their vision and resolve their challenges.
Throughout my career as head of Global Risk Management for Fortune 100 companies, Vice President of Finance, Treasury & Risk Management for a privately owned corporation, or Big 4 transformation leader.
